Flat rate shipping charge for small items is $19.80.
Shipping charge is intended to cover overhead costs associated with processing orders, handling, packing and shipping products to you.
Method of Delivery
All our deliveries are sent using Australia Post, TNT, Aramex or Couriers Please.
Once payment has been received your order will be dispatched within 2 business days.
Please allow six (6) working days after the placement of your order before contacting us.
It is important that you check the accuracy of the details you enter into the Delivery Details section during the checkout process. Please note it is your responsibility to supply the correct delivery details as we cannot be held responsible for incorrect details resulting in unsuccessful deliveries.
It is best if you do not use a PO Box for bulky goods. Please use your residential or business address.
All deliveries (for all metropolitan areas) should arrive within a maximum of 6 working days from the date of dispatch. This time may vary depending on the area in which the item is to be delivered. Local deliveries often are within 2 days. Please note that CARBON PARTS will not be held liable for any postage delays incurred by our couriers. It is your responsibility to advise us if the parcel has not been delivered. If an item is lost or not delivered, CARBON PARTS will investigate the matter with a relevant shipping company. Then, depending on the outcome of such investigation and at the discretion of CARBON PARTS, a replacement item will be sent. Furthermore CARBON PARTS will not warrant the cancellation of an order as a result of delays with shipping.
Please note that CARBON PARTS will not be held liable for any postage delays as a result of peak period delays. It will remain your responsibility to ensure you take into account possible obvious delays during Christmas, New Year and Easter, whereby regular delivery guide (maximum 6 working days for Metropolitan areas) may not apply.
Local pickup is only available from 6/10 Expo Court Ashmore QLD 4214.
Delivery times are Monday-Friday between 9:00am and 2:00pm excluding public holidays.
Please allow at least one hour before collecting your order.
Urgent orders can be collected after hours and on the weekend, please call 0426166500 to check our availability.
We can use express overnight delivery for your order if needed. The express delivery fee will depend on the volume of your order and your delivery address. Please place an order online and then call us on 0426 166500 to get a quote for express delivery to your location. Please note that the orders are usually collected in the morning. If you place an order in the afternoon it will only be picked up the next morning and delivered the following day. Express delivery to reginal area cannot be guaranteed to be the next day.

Delivery times vary especially during COVID-19, delays are possible. Usually delivery times are as follows: metro NSW, QLD 1 day; VIC 2 days; SA 3 days; WA 5 days, NT 5 days, TAS 6-7 days, regional NSW, VIC, QLD 2-4 days, regional SA, WA, NT, TAS 6-8 days.
