I have purchased some products from Carbon Parts to start some home projects. Me being completely new. Asked a couple of questions to finalise some choices not expecting to in-depth response. But wow was I blown away with the service! Helpful is an understatement! Asked about my project and what I was trying to achieve and offered all the advise and info that they possibly could!

Been shopping with them for a few years now. Julia is an absolute gem. Has always gone above and beyond to get the orders out and aid with troubleshooting - occasionally outside of business hours. She has even added a bit of extra material (on multiple occasions) to suit my job requirement. It is very clear that the customer is super valued here and that is the main reason I keep coming back.
